I came in to fix my bracelet because a Diamond fell out and the lady was really nice and in all really good Service.

Very well pleased with the employees and the merchandise at the store.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about all products in area I was looking for. She helped on best parts on clasp of bracelet I was looking at. She exchanged all my charms on my new bracelet in order they were on my old bracelet.

Tammie was a very wonderful and professional sales associate. Tammie was so nice that my husband purchased me two charms, oppose to one. The store was very clean, and hand sanitizer was available. I really enjoyed working with Tammie last night.

We went into the store to buy earrings for a very particular 12 year old. The representative took the time to show the items we requested as well as recommendations. She composed a bracelet that was not bought during the visit but will be purchased soon.
