I personally noticed a collection a few months ago when o finally decided to buy some charms from the collection they were retired. When I went to the store I found a wavy lavender murano I couldn’t be more excited.

I am highly satisfied with my purchase Bc the sales rep was nice and friendly! I was not offered the promotion over heard the other sales rep telling another customer and still wasn’t offered but I am satisfied with my purchase.

The service was incredible. The employees treated me with patience and made an efficient effort to provide me with service. I was able to leave with great items due to the service.

There wasn't a crowd

There were no other customers in the store when we arrived. There were 3 associates available so we didn't have to wait to get help. The associate that helped us knew exactly where to look to find what we wanted. She also gave us information on how to get one of our charms replaced. Very helpful.

Pleased with the ease of my visit. The associate gave great suggestions and helped throughout my visit. I love the purchase I made and plan to return.

The wait time was zero and the sale associate was courteous and knowledgeable.
