even though during this time you have to wait inline for a sales associate, and this make take time, everyone is doing what they can. the line was long, and the employees, took care of everyone, and gave everyone their time. No rushed, or hectic situations. I had purchased the wrong charms for my bracelet online, and went in not knowing what could be done. she took them back and helped me find a new one. in and out, smiles the whole way!

The customer service was too tier. Didn’t get the guys name but he works at the pandora in columbiana mall and has dreads, he was charming and amazing. Help everything run smoothly.

The associates in store were so friendly and kept conversation with me the entire time. I forgot their names but all three working that day were just lovely.
