Great customer service and not issues with finding a charm or items.

Bernard gave me the best service i have had in this store. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He seemed to enjoy helping me and what he was doing. It is a pleasure to shop with associates who actually love what they do for a living. He changed my mind about this location and i will shop here again because of him. BUT i will be asking for hi personally.

Had to exchange a bracelet given to me for my birthday that was too little. Shakeria went straight to my size and changed everything out . Never asked any question about it. She also answered some other questions I Had since this was my first Pandora jewelry. Have have another bracelet I bought on a cruise ship that is Pandora look alike but never had the real thing.

Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and well stocked. The checkout process was easy and timely.

The sales associate knew very well how to place the charms that were important to make to create a nice, balanced look. The clip charms suggested to hold my charms in place were very well selected. The sales associate was expert level and spent lots of time one on one. It meant so much for that personal touch on pieces for myself and two loved ones.

When I first arrived to the store there was a long line. From the moment an associate came to get me from the door so me and my family could go in she has been helpful. She knew every product in the store without second guessing. I am a very indecisive person and she made my life easier by actually giving her honest opinion. I was also able to purchase 2 Mother’s Day gifts with her help

The service was in order of the Covid-19 guide lines. the assistance was nice, polite and well versed in his job performance. The store was very clean and everyone was friendly and respectful, especially Bernard Z, my salesperson.
