I was served completely different than my last visit. My information was reserved for future warranty purposes, online items were offered when items weren’t available in store. I was treated as if I was the only person in the store!!!! Great 👍 sales experience.

My daughter bought me a bracelet for Xmas and I never got a chance to go change it for a smaller size. We went to the store today and the sales associate was very helpful with making my exchange a great experience. I will return to this store again in the next week for a necklace I loved

My sales women was very pleasant. She helped me pick out the perfect gift for my self and explained the reason behind the closer and the spacers. I will be back next week to purchase another charm.
