I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because an employee was helpful and respectful. However, that employee answered my questions about charms that are discontinued. For example, I will be going to Disney World in July, and I wanted to purchase a Tiana charm for my daughter, but it's discontinued. The employee suggested that I go to the Pandora Store at Disneyworld and use my discount code there since I purchased a charm that day. So, my questions were answered, and I left with a beautiful new Zodiac charm for my pandora bracelet. Thank you!
