Well I had to wait for a long time before anyone assisted me or spoke, and I was mad about that because customer service is MEANS EVERYTHING to me, but once Ashlyn R came to me, she made the experience worth the wait. She's great!

Highly satisfied with my experience with Pandora. Sales associates are always pleasant and professional. Although most of the items were sold did manage to find something I liked. Will definitely return soon. Just wish the wait in line out side the store was not still going on.

The sales associate was very friendly. The items I wanted to purchase were in stock. The sales associate was excited about my purchase and answered any questions I had.

I love Pandora

Our sales associate was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed. I came in to get a charm for my bracelet on my birthday. I already had what I wanted in mind, and when I told her, she knew immediately which charm I wanted and set me up. She even helped me put it on my bracelet herself so I could wear it out of the store. It made my birthday very memorable, and I’ll remember this store for its kind service.
