I absolutely love Pandora! Staff is always warm and welcoming. My sales associate Tammy was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit.

This was my first time in a Pandora store and purchasing any of these products. Ashlyn was my salesperson. She made me feel comfortable and let me take my time choosing my charms. She was phenomenal and customer service was top notch. I will definitely be back and I pray she’s there. Good customer service is hard to find and I hope she being compensated well. I like to feel good in a store when I’m spending my money and I felt good today letting my husband spend his money on my birthday gift.

They store I visited was practicing social distancing very well. And the sales associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable about what items would best fit my needs. All in all I was very happy with the customer service and my purchase.

Each time I visit the store I have a pleasant experience. The associates are kind and inviting and make shopping a pleasure. My past two visits I was graced with the kindness of having Nadia as my sales associate.
