The sales clerk Ashlyn R No. 200895 was very friendly and she helped me make a good decision about my first starter bracelet, that I really love it.

I enjoyed communicating with the sales person and the charms that I was requesting about. The sales person was very patient while I decided which charms I wanted to purchase.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Pandora because even though it was Black Friday, the store was not a mess. It was very clean, the associates were not rushing anyone. they were very knowledgeable, patient, and ready to help in any way. And the process from start to end was very quick (even with them trying to help us find the "right" gift).
