The reason I was so satisfied was because the greeter was nice and the sales associate was great, friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She even took the time out to wrap my gift personally. That says a lot. And she didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her.

I love everything pandora. Every store I've ever visited is always pleasant.

Miss Jannisha was the best. I actually spoke with her a few week prior and she gave me her card and I told her I would be back for purchase. I came back and asked for her and of course she was in another sell then but I waited just for her and she was great!

Overall everything was great

The same sales associate helped me with my purchases both times I went into the store. The store manager was very nice and remembered me. I didn't feel pressured into buying more and the staff was knowledgeable.
