Pandora Jewelry

After standing in line to get into the store for 30 minutes, a sales associate (Ashlyn R-200895) approached me immediately and asked if I had been helped. I had never been into a Pandora store before and I was purchasing a gift. She made the process super painless--she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to purchase merchandise for myself!

They had the product I needed. Once inside store the process wasn’t bad

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the process of buying the charm bracelet I was looking for was super easy. And the sales associate that helped me knew what accessories to offer even though I didn’t purchase them.

The sales girl (Kaitlin B) was very helpful by putting charms on a bracelet to show me what it would look like..

The lady that helped me was very friendly and helped me pick out the ring I wanted. The only issue I had was the long wait time outside of the store and the fact that there was an employee sitting outside the door like a bodyguard instead of inside helping get the line down. I waited in line for almost a hour.

I went in today because I noticed that one of my charms wasn't in my bag when I got home. I've been calling for 2 days now, with no answer, so I went to the store today and Shakeria assisted me, and she was such a huge help. It felt so good to be offered exceptional guest services, that I even bought two more charms today! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHAKERIA!!!

The sales associate Janaisha H was so pleasant. Her knowledge of the Christmas charms were immaculate. If she didn’t know something she would quickly get the knowledge she needed and brought it back to me!

The sales associate was really nice and acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store. She took her time to locate the charms that I was looking to purchase for my friends. She was helpful to show other charms that were new. Carefully wrapped the gifts and wished me a good day!

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to my needs and concerns and helped me chose charms that best describe my personality.

The associate was familiar with the merchandise and her attitude was so good. She really enhanced my visit.
