I really love that card holders do not have to wait in line. The sales associates and managers are really nice and attentive to details. I also never feel rushed when I’m in the store.

The associates where kind and friendly if they didn't have what you wanted sure you did not leave without being satisfied with another purchase

The quality merchandise. The knowledge the sales associate had about the merchandise. I looked online and saw what I wanted and they had it in stock.

My service rep (Kyla) was extremely helpful in picking out a bracelet for my wife. She was polite, courteous and respectful even though the store was very busy. She need the product and did a great job showing me all my options.

Danielle helped me out and kept it very entertaining while picking out the perfect gift for my wife. She was very happy she was able to get her necklace replaced being it broke.

Janiessa was phenomenal! She was patient with me while looking for a Christmas gift for my mother.
