This was my first time in a pandora store I always see lines but never gave it a thought to go inside. I went today with a friend for her bday and I decided to get myself one as well for my birthday. I will be returning soon for my mom and sister.

I was highly satisfied because the employees were so nice and helpful. They made sure we got what we wanted and were very helpful.

I walked in and was immediately greeted without wait. I had great customer service, knowledgeable and fast. I got what I was looking for a decent price and was in and out in a timely manner.

This was my very first Pandora experience and I was blow away by Khusali’s assistance! Being new to the Pandora world, Khusali was very patient and listened to what I had in mind for my $500.00 gift card. She ask me what was my interest to assist me with choosing additional charms. Not only was she patient, she made recommendations of having a few spacers in between my charms, the size of my bracelet and she assisted me in how to design my bracelet. I am a very happy and satisfied customer who will definitely be back at Pandora to see Khusali for her assistance.
