Jasmin went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! My friend and I came to the store hoping to see Khusali to take care of us take advantage of buying two get one free. Unfortunately for us, Khusali was off. Jasmin never skipped a beat! She introduced herself and told us with a bright smile that she is here to serve us. I had to leave to take care of some business before I could make my purchase. My girlfriend and Jasmin had me on facetime deciding what charms I wanted. Jasmin was SUPER Patient and flexible with us. I was able to complete my purchase over the phone and I am yet again a very satisfied customer. You have two super awesome sales associates within your organization. Customer Service was done right the first time.
