Ashlyn is a great rep for Pandora. She’s very knowledgeable on items available and how to put items together. Only issue is inventory, I wish there was more availability on inventory, especially the new items.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable when I came I’m on Mother’s Day except the store manager Regina, she was very rude.

She was very nice and professional. She was able to talk us through the process and even tell us about her personal experience with the merchandise.

I had placed my order online, only to realize that I had ordered the wrong items. Jasmine, the sales clerk was extremely helpful and truly understanding of my dilemma. Jasmine assured me that everything would be fine and I would be able to purchase the correct items. Ashley, also a sales clerk was present during my purchase and she was a great team player as she assisted Jasmine in building my bracelets. Pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful customer service are the reasons I was over the top satisfied with my Pandora shopping experience.

The sales associates all greeted me when entered. Lonnie was well knowledgeable, showed me different styles and was very patient with me while allowing me to try on merchandise to make my final decision.
