I always shop at the columbiana mall location and my experiences are good but this time my experience was amazing all because of Ashlyn R! She is super friendly, readily available, quick to greet you and super knowledgeable about any purchase you may be interested in making. It’s nice to walk in a store and feel like the salesperson cares about making sure your satisfied with your purchase and you purchase something suitable for you. Not only did Ashlyn assist me with a purchase but she also had two of my bracelets deeped cleaned and advised me how to cared for my pieces in the future. Pandora really did an amazing job picking her as an employee she is quite the asset!

This Pandora store was limited on choices. The Mother’s Day sales I believe limited their supplies but sales associates were restocking. My purchases were in stock and I’m very satisfied with them. The safe associate made suggestions to help me with my purchase decisions. Other associates assisted with merchandise she had working with. She yes 👍🏽 mention upcoming sale events. Thanks RM Cousar
