This store is very convenient to get to at the mall. The staff were very helpful in finding just what I wanted. I did appreciate the quickness of service. Not having to wait is much better now.

The associates working were extremely friendly, they were busy with a lot of customers but engaged with everyone.

The staff was fast and kind. I had no problem getting in and out of the store. I appreciate the kindness of the sales rep and her willingness to help.

Renina was great! She knew how to solve the issue I was having with my bracelet and she had great suggestions. She also took out the time to clean my bracelet and add the safety chain for me on a day they normally don’t. She was great.

This purchase was extremely random but this has been one of my favorite stores for years. I’ve purchased every woman in my immediate family a bracelet and a ring; same for myself. Ms. Nina, in the Columbiana Mall location in Columbia, Sc, was extremely helpful and pleasure to speak with. I will be back soon for another ring for my 26th birthday. A better selection for men would be the icing on the cake.
