When I walked in I was welcomed in a very warm manner. There were a couple of things I needed to get accomplished and Janaisha, the sales associate was more than accommodating and understanding. My time is very limited since I work a lot and I appreciate service when I see it. I also appreciate exceptional service when I see that too and that is what I experienced on my visit.

I was extremely satisfied with my pandora experience. My daughter and I were greeted and we were asked if we needed any assistance. We weren’t searching for a particular charm but we came across a charm my daughter adored. I decided to purchase the charm for her and the employee that helped with my purchase was very kind and respectful. She was so thoughtful that she asked my daughter if it was okay to rearrange her charms to place her new charm on her bracelet. My daughter loved the arrangement and we were both happy. My daughter and I will be returning because we love pandora and its employees.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service. Immediately as I walked in, I was greeted and given assistance. The sales associate had a lot of knowledge and did an excellent job of helping me find what I was looking for.
