I Sawa charm that I had to have. I went in the store and while all associates were busy, Caitlin saw me and said I will be with you in just a moment. She was busy but still took the time to acknowledge me. She came right away and knew exactly what charm I was talking about. Great service!!!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and very nice. I was looking for the ring for my anniversary and he remembered me and gave outstanding service. I wanted it gift wrapped and he was aware that I wanted a gift box and helped me through everything. DEFINITELY A 10/10
