Great store and staff

First of all I was glad that they had what I was looking for . The associate was very friendly and patient with me and my friend when we were in there. The store is clean and in order everything is laid out beautifully

She was very friendly and helpful during my visit. She answered my questions and made it easier for us when we were indecisive. She also shared birthdays with my daughter :).

Ashlyn at Columbiana Circle is great. She pieces items together very well and it’s always a pleasure working with her.

Customer Service was excellent

The sales associate was nice, polite, and very suggestive with lots of different charms. I was really undecided , but she helped me out a lot . So, hats off to Nya, for being so Patiently with me !!

My associate was awesome..she was patient with me throughout and even recommended items after listening to my needs and wants.

Immediately when I asked for help, and associate stepped up and showed me what was available. She let me try on different sizes with a great attitude. I also got a free bracelet since she let me know about the promotion y’all were having. I just needed to spend about 15 dollars more to get the free bracelet.

Super bright and clean environment. Friendly and patient staff. Super fun location.
