The sales person Ashley, was so thoughtful and took special care to listen to my questions and immediately knew what I desired. She was so kind and considerate and made this the most enjoyable experience. I would much rather shop here than visiting a Pandora counter inside a big box jewelry store. I went to purchase a charm that my daughter waned. However, the price of the charm was less than the price in the store. The Manager, actually honored the price when I told him that the picture was sent to me a few days ago.
