The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products. She was very patient with me when trying to decide what I wanted to purchase. The environment was warm and inviting when you walked into the store.

I am a long time Pandora owner, with over 6 complete bracelets. Shakeria-#:198523 was very helpful in assisting me. Her first question after welcoming was asking if I was looking for something special or a special occasion. She engaged in very friendly conversation and then complimented my adult son saying how impressed she was that he had vested interest with thoughts and opinions about the purchase. With that I advised that he had purchased more than half of what I had. Her service was professional, proficient, pleasant and precise. Shakeria is definitely an asset to this store. If I lived in this area I would definitely come back and request her assistance. A very pleasant experience.
