Associate was friendly upon me entering the store

it was a long line outside the store because of the pre chirstmas shopping....the sales asst. approached me as I walked up and asked me what service did I need and I told her I just needed a gift card....she assisted me right away...and I was grateful that I did not have to stand in the long waiting line....

The you lady that help me was so professional. Her name was very unique. The store in Columbian mall columbia sc.

I received very good service when the sales associate finally helped me. She was doing inventory, and I was standing there waiting for the other sales associate to help me when finished with a customer. However, once the lady doing inventory noticed me she apologize and assisted me.

I was very satisfied with service because the associate and attentive given how busy it was! She recommended me to get spacers

When I got into the store, I asked for what I was looking for, and the sales associate went straight to it. I was going to order online and had a discount, and she honored that as well. I was out in no time.

Both associates that assisted me on 19 Dec 22 and 27 Dec 22 we both knowledgeable and efficient. I can't remember their names, but I do remember their face and will ask for them first. I believe everyone in the store is as knowledgeable and they administered a warm and inviting atmosphere.

My husband and I went on Christmas Eve the line was long but moved fast. Customer service was excellent. They didn’t have a large selection of charms because of it being the holiday. I left very happy tho.
