I was greeted when I walked in the store by all of the 3 female associates on the floor, I came to the Columbiana store especially to see Lonnie, he’s the most compassionate sales associate/manager that I’ve ever dealt with in all of my shopping days

Your sales associate Khadijah(KJ) was polite and courteous. She also know all the questions I asked about the ring I purchased. KJ showed excellent customer service

I went to browse not intending to buy. Cat was eager to help even though I was just wanting to look at merchandise. She was knowledgeable and patient with me.

I received a gold reflections mesh bracelet for Christmas that I did not know how to open the clasp and thought was too small. The representative assured me that it was the correct size and demonstrated how to open and secure the clasp. She provided available charms that would enhance the beauty of the bracelet and I was more delighted with my bracelet. I completed my purchase and I walked out smiling singing "...you make me feel like a natural woman" by Aretha Franklin!!!

The sale’s personnel is always patient and professional. Very knowledgeable about the merchandise. Always willing to assist you and suggest merchandise if you are not sure about what you want.

The associate was able to help with all of our needs. Also loved her suggestions and knowledge of the product available.
