Was sold this item 589046c01-19 is to small for wife. Tried to tell associate it looked to small but assured it was the right size ad it would stretch. Don’t want to stand on line again for associates mistake. I need a medium instead of xtra small which I received.

We felt like our business was not important. We waited to be serviced for more than 15 minutes. It took 15 minutes for us to be acknowledged, after we left the store and came back. Also, my bracelet was placed in a bag and not a box that we are usually accustomed to getting.

Hi I recieved an email that I had purchased something in South Carolina (100 Columbiana Cir) and I live in CONNECTICUT. I have not been to this store and never will be and somehow someone used my name and there were no red flags seen by the Pandora Reps? I'm just appalled because my location in CT would ask for an absurd amount of details to ensure that it was actually us.
