I waited in line outside of the store for over an hour to pickup an online order. They waited on 3 people browsing at a time. I could have taken my time browsing I stead of ordering the item had I known I would have to wait kn all the browsing customers to receive my order I had already paid for.

Upon arriving to the door I was greeted by the store manager how assigned me to a new salesperson Rochelle S..she didn't greet me or offer to show me other charms. She got the charm out the case & asked me how was I paying & if I wanted it wrapped. I did make mention to another associate about how the assisting associate made me feel & I also asked the store manager whom the young lady was too. I was offered to have my bracelets & charms cleaned by Nadia but at this time I was so uncomfortable I was just ready to go.

The associate was not informative about pricing of items. I asked how much an item cost and she told me the wrong price. When she rang it up she said she told me it started at that price she told me. Even if that was the case which it was not, she should have informed me that the price of this bracelet is $$$ if she told me that a particular style starts at then I could have made a decision on which one I wanted before we even got to the register, when I told her that she didn’t tell me that it was more she said I didn’t ask in an unpleasant tone . I felt that was very unprofessional for her to say. My thought process is if even if you said something starts at $65 and the first item I picked was $65 and then I look at another item and you as the sales person never says this one is more I would assume it’s still $65. Even after the associate claim to adjust the price it was still incorrect and she would not listen to my explanation.

The line was long and the employees were rude and Unfriendly. They seemed annoyed to be working there but there was very little customer in the store.

The sales associate Kaitlin was rushing me. There were others in the store and I was standing in line for an hour and I noticed that the people that was taking longer than me she didn’t rush but she was rushing me and didn’t show me as many options with the charms

I went to return a bracelet that a gift, was to small for my wrist. I went in the store the sales associate was not friendly at all, no welcome no how can I help you. I explained I wanted to exchange a bracelet that was too small. She had the worst attitude as if she was having a bad at 12; when the store just opened at 11. She was rude and didn't offer very much assistance. The email address that was used under my name, she acted liked it was difficult to find. I had to call my daughter to email me the receipt that was emailed to her, to show to the sales associate because she couldn't seem to find it in the system. I waited to forever for a simple exchange. Customer service is needed in that store.

I placed order online so they don't pull your oder right away I get to store and they let people online pick my item and then item is out of stock what's purpose of ordering online????
