The sales associate did not offer me a choice of various bracelets. She showed me one and showcase but did not show me other selections. After I asked about other showcases of bracelets then he conveniently showed them to me. He also tried to make me spend $250.00 more than I needed to spend to get the free bracelet. The associate did not make me feel comfortable at all. The only reason I continued with the sale was that I wanted my daughter to have a bracelet to fit her large wrist. As I write this, I am reminded that he also never showed me the 5 strand bracelet. I really liked that bracelet. By the time I saw it, I was feeling so bad about my experience that I just wanted to get out of the store. I still feel undervalued and a bit discriminated against. Danielle is the manager of the store I visited. I have not reached out to her yet, but I intend to call and talk to her. I have not felt like this after a purchase. I think diversity training is in order. Yes, it is a pandemic and your have to be careful, but none of his actions were pandemic related. I firmly believe it was cultural differences that had this sales associate to treat me the way he did.

Just found salesperson to be rude acted like I was bothering her because I did not really know what I was looking for.

When I enter the store I was approached by a lady with a sign in sheet. No one was friendly except the young lady Abbey who helped me, she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She changed my mind and my experience as well. She deserves to be acknowledge for her great customer service.

I am a local to the store. My Cousin came down from Philly to visit as we celebrate the her Mom always because it was her birthday and she has passed away. Every year we buy a charm for her Mom and My Dad. We went into the store and the trainee Tee greeted Us and asked Us what we were looking for. We told her the specific charm and she immediately said “We don’t have dat charm”. She didn’t even look. We then ask for the catalog and found the charm and come to find out it was in the store. The young lady never asked “Are we celebrating an occasion or anything special?” I am use to that type of experience. She then started becoming too comfortable in her talk. I saw my Cousin beginning to get emotional as this time is hard for her. I had her walk away for a few and I was about to leave but then I thought it only will get better as you provide feedback. I asked for the manager pulled him to the side and told him my experience. I can’t really tell if he was interested in what I was saying as there was really no apology that was memorable. I say all that to say I am use to having a conversation with my sales associate and this time felt all business and no connection.

I was given invalid information by sale associated. Which cost me to spen over $150 unnecessary money. I still haven't received an email pertaining to broken items.

The sales ladies were very rude. I asked about the military discount and told me I was being cheap. I will never return to this store.

I waited in line for exactly 2hrs and 32mins. I just wanted to know if I could get my bracelet cleaned because I have before and they said anytime Monday-Thursday but I know it’s the holidays so I wanted to be sure. Before arriving to the store location I called 4 times to be sure but I NEVER got an answer sonI drove 45 mins to the store. After waiting exactly 1 hr in line outside I walk in the store and approached an associate to let them know that I have a question. She pointed outside and told me that I have to wait in line. So I went back back outside to wait. Once I finally got into the store I asked if I could get my bracelet cleaned and the young lady said no we aren’t cleaning until after the new year. I expressed to her that I’ve waited over 2hrs for question that could’ve been answered when I came into the store. I asked if there was anything she could do like a a gift card or anything she said no. So I just decided to buy a bracelet because I didn’t want to feel like I waiting in the line for NOTHING. This was the worst experience at Pandora I’ve ever had

Online purchase , went to exchange in stores, and sales associate said I couldn’t. Which directly negates what the Pandora online purchase says. On after waiting for 1.5 hours
