People in line knew what they wanted, yet, still waited over 2 hrs to enter the store. They need to have someone asking the line if they know what they want and expedite the process.

I came to the store 3 times in order to purchase charms and a bracelet. However, due to lack of organization the wait time was longer than necessary. On the second visit I came before the store opened and ended up leaving unserved at 11:10 because the store STILL wasn’t open. 10 minutes after opening and there were no signs of anyone in the store. This time I placed an online order at 9:35am. The email said approximately 6-8 hrs. I still had to go into the store to purchase the bracelet. After an hr wait, the in store process of getting the bracelet was swift. I told the salesperson I had an online order but still hadn’t received a notification that it was ready but it had been 8 hrs. (5:35pm) They didn’t have my order. Pandora needs a better system. At first they said I had to wait. I’d already waited an hr, and this was my 3rd time coming to the store. I told them I would rather take my money elsewhere. They then allowed me to just purchase the items in store and ignore the online order pick-up. Pandora needs to work on the efficiency of their sales and customer service if they are pulling their products from well seasoned jewelers. I’ve NEVER had this issue with Jared.

We waited outside the store for entry while they walked around went in the back and had conversations. We weren’t acknowledged for standing out there. When I was looking in my email for a code I was sent she never bothered to tell me that she couldn’t accept them even though she knew I was looking for it

The sales associate was NOT friendly. It seemed that since I had an exchange and not a purchase she did NOT seem friendly. She seemed to have a bit of an attitude

The salesperson was very pushy and rushed me to make a purchase. I want sure of what I wanted to purchase and she didn’t allow me the opportunity to search through the merchandise (charms). I just made a purchase so that I could leave

My husband and I were #3 in line outside the entrance. Only two people were working although there were 5 associates. By the time we were 1st in line, then after another 40 minute wait, we were in-line over a hour. The line behind us were extremely lone. One family that went in before us were inside well over a hour! Ridiculous! They really need to learn how to manage a crowd. The kiosks helped only if you were buying,not exchanging.

My sales associate while very knowledgeable, rushed me through my entire purchase. She seemed as though she was ready to go and I barely could get a question out.

First of all the line was very unorganized. The ladies that was working the booth was not professional. One of them was out there bear hugging her boyfriend and kissing him while the line going down to HOLLISTER NO KIND OF SENSE OF URGENCY. NOT PLEASED
