I was told if I buy an ornament I will get the other ornament free. Just check my email receipt and was charged for both ornaments. I will call store tomorrow.

I was looking to purchase two charms. I asked the sales person for 21st charm which I was very pleased with. Looking for second charm I felt I was not shown charms I suggested something with opal which was not available and I was fine with that. The sales person only brought out two individual charms but no offer of seeing full trays of charms. I have worked in retail for over twenty years I felt the young lady was not trained enough in previous visits to this store the sales person always change out the tray in display area to left me see full trays. I did purchase the 21st charm but I decided to go to another store to see more selection of charms.

The store is limiting access still. I waited in line over 1 hour to purchase 4 charms. It took me less time to select and purchase the charms (about 15 minutes) than I spent in line with two people ahead of me when I joined the line. The associate was knowledgeable & got us in and out; however,cwhy should I have to wait to spend money. Furthermore, the availability of charms are so limited that there was not much for me to buy!

I was assisted by a customer service rep who was not listening to what I was telling her and didn’t seem as knowledgeable as the previous customer service reps I’ve encountered. I waited at least 15 mins while she tried to pull up my email, I think she was putting it in wrong and when I questioned as to what was the hold up, she would not respond. I was exchanging a newly purchased bracelet because I was unable to close the clasp and requested a different style in a larger size. She seemed unable to grasp what I was saying until the rep who’s assisted me multiple times came over to help. The unsatisfactory rep also recommended clips that were not made for the snake chain model bracelet. Very unhappy with her service though I did exchange the bracelet for one that was higher in price and purchased 2 additional items.

The sales associate Kaitlin B. was very unfriendly. When I asked about the price of a charm she always said to her knowledge instead of checking and I feel like she was rushing me the entire time I was in the store. She was not focus on me as her customer but was worrying about the other customers.
