Pandora Jewelry

I had to wait while 3 different associates were doing other things. And also I needed a jewelry cleaning which you guys told I could get done. But it had to be an overnight cleaning. Every time I go to this store I have an issue with getting a cleaning

The associate act like she didn’t have time or she didn’t want to wait on me, but I never said anything I just kept calm been nice and polite

I tried return a tarnished bracelet but could not.

The customer shared the type of purchase the sales associate. The sales associate decided which size bracelet the customer needed. First, the sales associate had to find the case with bracelets. The customer insisted on a specific size and indicated the purchase of two bracelets. Second, another sales associate walked over to complete sales transaction in the register - neither sales associate acknowledged the customer or that a purchase was being made. I expressed the interruption of my purchase and neither sales associate spoke a word. I will return one of the items and will not purchase from this store again.

My bracelet is turning colors and I have invested way to much money for it to be doing that . I asked the Sara associate what they could do like could they replace it they said no and that was it ; I’m ver disappointed in pandora company .

I placed my order online. However, it was cancelled. As a result, I had to go to the store to pick up the same items. Also, I missed out on the free bracelet. The store manager was very helpful and professional.

They lower my amount on my card and I did know until I went there on yesterday

Merchandise under warranty wasn't granted I have one year. SALES person wouldn't grant it to me.

I was not greeted or noticed when I came in. While associates just kind of stood around. Had someone jump in line before me.

I paid 615.25 for my purchase and I was not offered a free charm.
