Pandora Jewelry

Felt like some of the employees could be friendlier.

The sales associates are never friendly when I go in there.I feel like I always get overlooked as if I’m not supposed to be in the store.I return because the products are great, otherwise I wouldn’t go back, customer service is not good.

The manager is not helpful very direct and rude. Staff scared of her

I felt rushed. I felt like the associate was being bothered by me being a paying customer. She displayed false courtesy. I could feel the latent annoyance..if it wasn't towards me then she wasn't happy with the Job.

I asked if i could possible get my jewelry clean I was told by the associate yes then after my purchased I removed my jewelry to be cleaned but I was not not now.... ;I felt that O was lied to in order to get the sale....they were not busy at the time only one other person was in the store and it was 2 associate,,,thats one of the reason I am dissapointed the JaRRED is not carrying to merchandise anymore,,,,, Service is better over there...

Couldn’t clean jewelry drive two hours and still spent 497$ with you guys . Totally dissatisfied

I had to wait while the lady finish doing her paperwork. She was not friendly. I did not feel welcome.

The sales associate was very friendly in the beginning it was until she realized I was serious about the purchase. You should always be friendly with each customer no matter if they are purchasing or not.

Two associates in store. One just stood at back of store and refused to help me. Had to wait fior other one to finish with her customer.

I was satisfied for the most part at the pandora in Harbison mall. We just had to wait in a line and a certain amount were aloud in the store at a time. But when I got in I understood the reasoning and my salesman was excellent with the knowledge of the products to help me make my decision
