Pandora Jewelry

I was not dissatisfied with the service the salesperson was kind, knowledgeable and helped but I am new to pandora and felt lost, which is not a reflection of the saleperson.

The items were overpriced

The attempt of customer service. Manager not knowledgable and staff did not want to help. Total was wrong ; times

Stood in line outside the store for nearly an hour. Pandora should appreciate their customers enough to respect the value of the time required to earn the money to patronize their business. No merchandise is worth that!

Pandora to high not be return your stuff

Customer service was it good. Had an “I don’t want to be bothered” attitude. Excuses why couldn’t clean jewelry I was wearing. But wanted me to purchase cleaning product

The wait time was horrible. I knew what I wanted and still had to wait. They only let two people in at a time. If everything is locked up then why does that matter?

This store doesn’t offer cleaning. This is the only store.

I customer broke the line outside the store. When I walked in, I was asked to go back out. It was embarrassing. I made sure that particlar associate did not service me. An associate needs to be outside monitoring the line at all times.

The lady’s working were rude and acted like it was a issue to assist me. Then after purchasing earrings they were just there into a ball of tissue paper & thrown into a Pandora bag
