I have been waiting years to get my bracelet The staff is always so friendly & helpful. I am always happy when I leave.

The item I was specifically looking for was available. That rarely happens. So now I'm going visit this location more often.

I was there for several minutes before I was acknowledged by store personnel. The store personnel seemed confused as to which customer was next to be serviced. There was no posting of a sign to indicate you were to sign in on a clipboard. Once the personnel went to the clip board it was apparent several previous customers left without receiving attention.

I was looking for a particular charm that wasn't there but online it said it was available at that store.

Been in thia store many times. They always seem more pre occupied with putting merchandise or inventory than.customers.

I'm not happy with paying these prices and they turn colors I feel like when they do that it needs to be replaced with a new one no matter how long u have had it because these charms are not cheap

Availability of items online and in the store but I do understand it was probably do to the Holiday season.

We were Shown a bracelet that I was Purchasing for a gift for my wife at one price got home to gift her days later did not receive bracelet with charm that supposed to be together that I ask for.
