There were several associates in the store. Instead of speaking to me, they just stared. Jasmine spoke and assisted me. When checking out, an associate came to register and stood directly in front of me and never greeted me at all. Customer service is lacking. I will probably shop online in the future.

Was not greeted upon arrival and male associate didn't acknowledge at all.

The associate was more concerned with the other person in the back room and didn’t seem very enthusiastic about her job. She was able to answer my questions, but didn’t seem very engaged. Her appearance was a bit sloppy in my opinion.

I bought a bangle bracelet when I asked the sales associate how to take the end off to put on charms on she said screw it off. When I got home to put the charms on the end would not screw off. My husband using a Flat rubber jar lid opener tried to twist it off and the bracelet twisted but the end is still on. We then found out on the other end you had to push in then twist. I feel like the sales assistant did not give exact instructions so now my brand new bracelet is broke. I’m very upset and WILL NOT buy anything else Pandora.

I found several items on the website that said they were in stock, however, when I went to the store they were not in stock. I was highly satisfied with every other aspect of my visit to this store. The two associates were very kind and helpful and I appreciated there assistance.

I must say I’m high satisfied with my Pandora experience. The associate was kind and knew exactly what I was looking for. I would be coming back and soon.

The sales associates could have done better with making suggestions. I was there for over 20 minutes searching for the perfect items before they helped me with suggestions. The associate didn’t ask me what I liked from the beginning.

An incident occured in the mall that i was unaware of before arriving to the store, so i as well as lots of other customers stood outside in line for about half an hr, while the store was open but they're doors were temporarily locked & we were not notified. It just would have neen nice to know that we couldnt shop sonwe could decide to wait or not however we weren't given that chooce until another customer demanded to know what was going on through the glass. I feel like as a customer that was just common courtesy. So while i enjoyed my shopping experience & the associate i worked with was great my overall experienve could've have been better
