Pandora Jewelry

I understand that we're in a pandemic and times are different, but I was disappointed with low stock inventory on a couple of charms I wanted to purchase. Also, I have a bracelet given to me from my children and a couple of the charms came off and were not replaced by Pandora because it was a few days after my warranty.

I traveled to this location for a particular bracelet to find out the location did not have the item in stock.

Not exactly a Welcoming atmosphere.

Even though I've been buying pandora for years. On so many occasions I've always felt not so welcomed. Even overlooked sometimes.

They had a sale going on that they didn't tell me about.andl spend good money that day and it was my birthday.

Not a lot of charms to choose from, many of them were the same, not a lot of variety

Visiting from out of town, so I won't be returning to this location due to the distance. But, I did feel a little rushed and like browsing was discouraged.

I was able to go into the store and someone helped me right away. The associate showed me what I was looking for and more. The associate also cleaned my jewelry for me.

I have 5 bracelets. They do not clean them anymore due to Covid. I bought the solution and it does not work that well.
