The wait to get into the store was too long

My sales associate was nice but I felt rushed. There wasn't many options to choose from for what I was looking for.

The inventory was a bit scarce for what I was looking to purchase. The associate was awesome. I just didn’t like the inventory.

They didn’t have a lot to choose from in the charm section

I only came into the store because the customer service line said I could return items for a store credit. Once I arrived I was told I could only exchange the items. The associates were very helpful. The wait was longer but that was because my safety was priority. However, the mall that the store was located in did not even enforce wearing a mask. I probably won’t be back for that reason alone and I didn’t like receiving conflicting info from the service line I called prior to coming in.

The store in Harrison, Columbia, SC to purchase some charms. There were no displays set up at all, and it felt a little unclean and like they were moving.

Large selection of charms. Although the store didn't have charm i went in for. I was able to find something that I liked.

The sales associate who helped me wasn't very friendly and didn't seem excited that it was my first time making a purchase. She wasn't very encouraging and welcoming me to come back either.

There was a long wait . Workers wer very nice but due to COVID I waited about 30 minutes to enter the store
