Had to wait entirely too long to enter the store.

The Bracelet I receive as a gift was to big and I could not exchange it because it was passed 30 days which I felt like was not good because of the pandemic and people not wanting to come out.

It was not “highly satisfied” due to the fact that the salesperson did not actually pull out the trays for me to view until my husband reappeared from the restroom.

I don’t have any problems

Due to the pandemic, the overall shopping experiences are no longer the same. Having to wait in line outside the store first and then be called in lessens it.

During my visit to the store I was accompanied by a friend who was not serviced or asked if she needed assistance although other guest who came in after her were knowledged the staff in the store ignored her the whole time until I made someone aware that she was trying to purchase something.

My biggest problem was the long line outside the store where other shoppers were stand side by side, too close for comfort.

The prices were good but reorganization and a limited amount of things were not good but I understand.
