The waiting for the service kept the experience from being highly satisfied. That could have been due to the covid-19 restrictions in the store. So I do understand.

They didn’t have 2 charms I needed and I didn’t see any discount charms

There were four sales associates working on the store but only one even acknowledged my presence (and she was with a customer). She(Renina) continued to help her customer but as she passed me she would say someone will be right with you. A guy finished with his customer first and NEVER even asked if I was being helped or if I needed assistance. A lady cam from the back and looked at something right near me, stood for a bit and then went behind the front counter where she and the the other two associates were talking. I purchased a bangle Renina moved my charms over to the new bangle. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Two customers entered the store during this time where she had to stop helping me to get the three other associates to come out of the back to help as she was the only associate on the floor. It was ridiculous. I knew exactly what I wanted and could’ve ordered online and had it shipped to my home but I drove over so that I could look at the different bangles in the store. I wish I would have been offered was for my charms to be cleaned in store-since I bought a new bracelet. So now I have a new bracelet with dirty charms.

Ashlyn was great with helping me with my rings, the store manager was not very friendly. I spoke nothing was said in return. I asked ashlyn to box up my over $600 purchase on rings, I heard the store manager whisper to Ashlyn and then she came to me and told me they were out of medium and small which was fine, I asked Ashlyn if they had any large boxes because I had multiple rings that was going in one box she was nice enough to give me one. Regardless of what people have going on outside of their job, they need to be nice and respectful to others. I will continue to shop at the columbiana Centre mall pandora because Ashlyn was very nice and helpful so we’re the other two associates that were there.

Customer service was good it just wasn't many charms to choose from.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. Followed social distancing guidelines. Clean store.

Not enough staff which made wait time extremely long, some people left, which could have been potential sales, on 2 people in store at a time was ridiculous,

The wait is very long for people outside the store when other guest can not make a decision. I will charge this to the pandemic.

I was looking for a ring but unfortunately the store did not have my size. But the sales person was very helpful and kept showing me different options.

I had to wait about 15-20 minutes outside the store before I could go in and get service. Once inside, everything went well.
