This is the 3rd time that i traveled over 45 minutes and 3 out of the 4 items i qent to purchase the store did not have the items.

Sales associate added charms to the bracelet without telling me. I thought it was free with the purchase. It wasn’t until I received the receipt that I saw the separate charges.

We knew what we wanted and so did associate Bernard Z.

Appreciated the sales associate’s assistance in helping me to select which items to purchase.

You were out of a lot of charms and bracket clips.

Well from my last experience here the salesperson Kaitlin B. was rushing me but this time she was not but when I asked about a product it was the same thing "to my knowledge" but did not check to see if that was the correct price.

Sales associate Nina assisted me with purchasing a two tone bracelet and charm along with a ring. Was not intending to purchase but her cheerfulness and warmth won me over.

None of the 5 items that I went in the store for was in stock

Once in the store, service was fast as i knew what i want

We were looking at the charm and very interested in the one that said spread your wings and fly in remembrance of my grandmother when we looked on the back of the packaging the price said $45.00 I was going to buy it. The sales rep said no that charm is $65.00 it was missed price. I stated I would like to buy it for the price tagged of$45.00 which was attached to the merchandise and he refused to allow me to purchase it fir that price.
