The sales associate was helpful but not really pleasant. This experience was a little different from my previous experiences. I didn't feel compelled to buy more. Also, the sales associate had no knowledge of the ID Me program.

I didn't have any problems with my visit, the salesperson was very helpful Ashlyn was very nice

The assistant manager is RUDE!!! This is the second time I've been in this store & both times she just dont have good customer service.

My visit was okay, but I had to wait longer than expected since there was only one Representative assisting customers.

Items out of stock or don't carry.

The prices are too high.

At this stage of the pandemic, the store's COVID protocols are ridiculous, there is no logical or medical reason to require customers to stand outside the store in a crowded mall. Very simply put this policy is hysterical overkill! My old bracelet broke and they no longer carry that style, which was purchased in that store. The associate was helpful and knowledgeable, but could not replace my desired product.

Not impressed with attitude and personality of the salesperson. She was not friendly/not personable at all.

Waited in the line outside the store for more then 40 min. Then when I finally got in the store the sales associate helped a lady that came in after me first. The process to do a pick up took way too long.

There were only 2 associates in the store. Took about 10 minutes for one to assist me.
