We had to wait so long to enter the store. All the associates we very friendly, I loved them. It just took entirely too long to get in to see someone. I will shop online next time.

It wasnt the store but Corporats The issue was the black Friday 30% off. I called CS to make sure the 30% off applied to Pandora ME. I purchased 2 bracelets and noticed the 30% didnt apply. I was going to return the items. I asked the manager and she said at first the 30% didnt apply but said they changed it. Poor communication from Corporate down caused stress to an already stressful day.

Upon arriving there were 3 or 4 customers being served I was asked to wait outside the store during this time, however the customers were undecided about their purchase so I walked away to do other shopping. Upon returning again asked to wait outside the store for another 15 or 20 minutes.It was my birthday and I wanted to purchase a charm for my bracelet I purchased last year.🤷♀️ I was finally allowed to enter the store and purchased my elephant charm.Happy Birthday to me.

Did not feel like I was able to move around the store and look. Felt I was only able to stay and one spot. Was shown charms that I was interested through the price book and not in person

I originally started my Pandora journey in June/July. At that time, I went into the store to have an associate help me make the best decisions. I was happy with my purchase at the time. Fast forward to after I lost a clip and called to see if it could be replaced because I have another just like it that has NEVER unclipped and fallen off. I get to the store for my most recent purchase and the associate tells me that I have the wrong type of bracelet and some of my charms are in danger of "stripping" and I'm just going to have to purchase a new charm clip. I was then educated on what kind I needed based on the type of bracelet I have and I'm wondering why this wasn't brought to my attention when I bought the bracelet or when I bought the clip. This was met with "Well, I wasn't the one that sold it to you" which did not help matters. I left with a purchase but unsatisfied customer service wise. Unfortunately, I don't have another store option as this is the closest store and only store in Columbia, SC. It just left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I purchased another 14k gold charm and gold cleaner for about $250. After my purchase she told me that tomorrow is the free bracelet event. I asked her if she would honor my current purchase. She just restated that it starts tomorrow. I found this very disappointing but it was a special day for me so I just left.
