Waiting in line for a hour...

The lines were long. Not enough sale rep. More selections for customer. Stand in line 2 hour not to have merchandise in store.

Not Pandora’s fault…I waited to the last minute and had to stand in line 45 minutes.

Standing in line outside store. Have back problems, wish there were chairs to sit

I went to one in columbian mall only thing I did like when I go there it’s such a long line I think with the room they have at least one more person should be working

There were only 4 employees working during the holidays and only 2 customers allowed in the store at one time. I felt limited and rushed to choose a gift as this was my first time ever in this store.

The only reason why I wasn't highly satisfied is because I didn't realized that I had to stand outside in a long line just to get into the store. Once I got inside everything was highly satisfied.

You were out of items and did not have my size bangle.

Wait time longer than usual. Not associates fault, just busy.

I understand there is limited amount of people allowed in the stores but the wait time is horrible. It really took more of my time that I had to give.
