I walked in the store and wasn’t greeted right away. The associates were assisting other customers so it wasn’t a problem. I was in the store for a little while before getting assistance, but overall the associates were nice and helpful.

Small selection. Also, it seems like the sales person wanted you to know exactly what you wanted to purchase versus showing the options available. Sales person not really knowledgeable about product availability.

This is the only store in the area and they do not always have a great selection of merchandise to choose from

Poor selection of jewelry

I really wanted to browse the merchandise and look at the charms. I was not allowed. I was questioned about what I like and further pushed to answer the questions so she only had to pull at 1-2 trays when I just wanted to SEE the goods. I will be back to fill my bracelet but will have to look online first and I’m very much an impulse shopper.

No sale

The associate couldn’t find record of were they were supposed to call me when a replacement bracelet was coming in since my initial bracelet was broke. They had to call manager a few time and I ended up with a different bracelet

I felt like associate was wanting a larger sale

Most of the time i visit it’s the holidays and the lines are too long ,
