I was very satisfied with my visit to this store

I had to make my purchase using an app and the WiFi in the mall was not properly working, but it wasn’t the store’s fault

i was satisfied!! i just went in for one thing and end up buying seven!

When I entered the store the young lady that made eye contact and greeted me was who I expected to assist me but didn't. The young lady that pre judged me when I walked in assisted me which was awkward but warm.

I was not able to browse through the store to determine what I liked and wanted to purchase. The sales person would only show me what she wanted to so I have no idea what fully the store offers. I wanted to buy other items but since I was feeling extremely rushed by the staff I purchased the one item and left for another jewelry store where I could actually see options.

The sales representative did not tell about the sale that was going online and store but she but I did like her Interactor with she great job with that

There's always room for improvement in any job. The service was very good and the sale associate was very pleasant. Also if I'd given HS, Next time it could be worse. I'm pleased with the service I received.

I have an open bangle purchased less than a year ago that has lost one of the balls on the end. Was unable to purchase another set in store and have to call a customer service number which is unacceptable.

I was satisfied but felt like cleaning should be offered. I went in at a time when they were slow. I feel that should be a compliment service.

I wanted to be greeted earlier. The prices are a little too expensive. I wish there were more Pandora stores in my area.
