I just had to wait outside. The store in line about 30 minutes. Before entering I guess because of short staff. But other than that everything was great.

ALWAYS DURING AND ESPECIALLY CHRISTMAS AND MOTHERS DAY WE, THE CUSTOMERS STAND IN A LINE TO SHOP AND WHEN WE GET IN THE STORE, EVERYTHING IS PRETTY MUCH SOLD OUT. ALSO, DURING THIS TIME, PLEASE HAVE ENOUGH STAFF ON HAND.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and know exactly what I was asking for. I was not happy with the selection of the free bangles that cam with the purchase. Only a few sizes and they were not the size that fits me.

The military discount of 10% was not applicable to certain products. I don’t agree with that seeing how as a service member we don’t get to choose when we serve. Its disappointed.

Since is the Christmas season, not enough associates working. The wait time was too long. One of the customers was holding up progress by just chatting. When a customer was allowed to jump the line. I was told that she had a pick up order and was afllliated with the store. To me she still should have waited her time just like everyone else. Then there was a customer that came back to the store to make an exchange and he was allowed to jump the line instead of waiting his turn. All of this is very upsetting.

You don’t carry enough types of sports accomplishments, no Soccer , ran out dancing slippers, no Softball, and should be a gymnastics charm.
