The staff was very friendly. It felt great inside being that it was extremely hot outside! And they had what I wanted!!!!

The service was fine, I was waited on quickly. It was a normal shopping experience, nothing extraordinary but I was satisfied with the service and will soon make another purchase.

lI usually could make an online order but pick up at this location is no longer active. They also didn’t have any of my first options.

The wasn’t adequate staffing management to handle the customer flow. Staff was present but not as attentive to customer needs vs their own

I waited in line outside the store for over an hour. This wasn't just because it was Valentine's Day either. I have went to the mall on a normal day and there was a line. If I dint have to exchange my bracelets for different sizes I would have left.

This store has a high turn over with employees and seem everytime I have been going in the store to make another purchase they are in training and really not knowledgeable about the product and having to ask another coworker that maybe been there a little minute longer. They some have attitudes and a little turn off to me. I try very hard to let it go over my head. I know at some point it is going to get old.

The selection wasn't that great and I was very disappointed after coming and going to the pandora store.The store having a lot of new employees that wasn't quiet knowledgeable about the product and everything pretty much sold out that was being advertised and was not in the store for purchase.
