During this unprecedented time dealing with COVID-19, I stood in line an hour and a half to get charms for my daughter's. When I got in the store, I knew the associates were tired, but I received THE BEST ASSISTANCE I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM A PANDORA ASSOCIATE. HATS OFF TO THESE THREE LADIES..

The line was long because of the COVID-19 restrictions. The salesperson (jasmine) was walking through the line asking people about a special, I told her what we were looking for. She went in the store brought it out to us and we paid while standing in line. A great experience

Jasmine M was very helpful. Although there were not many people allowed in the store due to the pandemic, Jasmine still took her time and she was very patient with me.

The two sales reps that I dealt with were wonderful. The young lady outside was very friendly and the young man that sold me the items was so nice and patient.
