While on vacation in Destin, fl I decided to stop in and browse the store. Anna, the sales representative greeted us with a warm welcome and was very eager to help us. I was looking for a charm for a necklace. She was beyond helpful in showing us what was available in the category I was looking for. With her help, I found the perfect charm.

Yohanna helped me and my mom so much today. We are from Georgia and never had such great customer service! She cleaned both our bracelet and explained cleaning to us which no one had before. She really cared about our experience.

The representative, Kirsten, was very patient. She took a lot of time to make sure I was satisfied. She was very Knowledgeable about the products.

I was visiting Destin from Texas, and my young daughter and I went to store to buy a Destin charm. Johanna G helped me during my visit. I have gone to many Pandora stores in many locations. Johanna not only helped me with my purchase, but she rearranged my charms and told me I needed a safety chain in case my bracelet were to accidentally open up. She even cleaned my bracelet and left it looking like new. The way she rearranged my charms made my bracelet look better. I was so happy with her service that I even gave her a big hug before I left.
