The young lady was very helpful and had excellent customer service. she also showed me a new item that wasn't in the display case yet, especially since I buy 14 karat gold charms.

Customer Services was excellent, she was so polite and kind. She took her time and answer my questions and gave me some ideas to do with my bracelet. I will definitely be back and this location. I have so many problems in the past with purchasing online and never can get a person on the phone, the wait is always about an hour.
