I had never visited the store before so I was satisfied with the store setting. It was very clean, ready for buiness. The sales clerk was friendly but appeared unsure (lack) confidence in herself. Helpful and kind, I wanted to purchase something and she offered great ideas. I made my purchase and so far, I am satisfied with the results. Your selection is small however.

The associate that helped me was kind, knew what I needed after explaining & fixed my ring quickly with professionalism.

I came in to have my bracelet and charms cleaned, also wanted to take a few charms from my bracelet and put on necklace. Feeling overwhelmed, I allowed the sales associate to choose which charms should remain on my bracelet and which were to be put on my necklace. Her choices were excellent!

Everything i needed and what i asked for was given me. Very professional, kind and give you everything you are asking for and if not better. Will go there again.

I have shopped with pandora more than once an every time I do I always enjoy the time there! They have so many options to pick from and the prices are great. The staff at the Lafayette location is super sweet and helpful an always make my trip there fun!
